Anthropology Professor Teresa Montoya and co-authors Rachel Arsenault, Andrew Curley, and Nicole J. Wilson were awarded the 2021 Best Paper of the Year award at the International Water Resources Association (IWRA) XVIII World Water Congress in Beijing, China, held September 11-15, 2023.
