Hanqi Yang is a PhD student at the Department of Anthropology at the University of Chicago. She is currently working on a project about the paparazzi in China. Hanqi holds a BA in Sociology from China Agricultural University and an MA in Socio-Cultural Anthropology from Columbia University.
