Constantine V. Nakassis (PhD University of Pennsylvania, 2010) is Assistant Professor of Anthropology and of the Social Sciences in the College. He is a linguistic and cultural anthropologist with interests in semiotics; mass media and film theory; trademark law, brands, and counterfeiting; youth culture. His regional focus is Tamil Nadu, India.
